Safe operational signals
Record timestamps, endpoint, status, duration, template UUID, selected environment/version, job UUID, batch UUID, safe business-operation ID, and error category.
Never send API tokens, complete payloads, generated PDF contents, or sensitive field values to analytics.
Choose workload boundaries
Keep immediate user downloads synchronous only when expected duration fits the full request path. Use asynchronous jobs for durable work and batches for independent item status.
Apply application-side concurrency controls and bounded retries. Contact support for current account-specific service limits.
Alert on outcomes
Track validation failures separately from transient render failures, expired undownloaded results, queue age, and first successful render during activation.
